The Fuzhou Xiamen Railway's Anwan Grand Bridge is the nation's first high-speed, non-decelerating, cable-stayed crossing of the sea. The main bridge is a double tower, double cable steel composite girder cable-stayed railway bridge with a semi floating system that measures (40+135+300+135+40) m. The 650 meter long main bridge is designed as a closed box section. The entire bridge is constructed of 52 pairs of cables and 65 segments. 10000 tons or such are the approximate overall weight of the steel construction.
In this project, the joint construction of HL-Kattor’s mission was to provide technical services using manpower and equipment for 40 sections of the steel box girder of the Anhai Bay Bridge. These services include continuous vertical pump, horizontal limiting, lifting, and dropping beam positioning in place (2 SG16-MG1 on both sides of the east and west). In addition 20 sets of 1000-ton incremental jacks, 4 sets of 100-ton hollow trailing jacks, several synchronous pump stations, and PLC control systems, were provides by Hl-Kattor. The project proceeded as planned, and the bridge project was successfully completed.
