Project Description

The 139.666-kilometer Lijiang Shangri La Railway is situated in the northwest of Yunnan Province. It begins at the Lijiang Station on the Dali-Lijiang Railway in the south and  crosses the Jinsha River to reach Shangri La in the north. The Jinsha River Grand Bridge spans the deep valley of the Jinsha River at a sharp angle and is situated 3 km upstream of the Tiger Leaping Stone Scenic Spot. Its main girder is a steel truss suspension bridge with three continuous spans and a single span suspended deck. The steel truss span is (110+660+98) m, the standard section length is 12.2 m, the truss height is 12 m, the truss width is 22 m, and the total length is (132+660+132) m. The vertical span ratio is 1/10.

Solutions

HL-Kattor was responsible for the construction of side span steel truss beam launching technology services and system transformation construction, using 4 sets of 350T strand jack system, 16 sets of 800T ultra-high pressure synchronous control double-acting jacks, and 116 sets of 600T ultra-high pressure synchronous control double acting hydraulic jacks. Responsible for all related work such as moving, pushing, positioning, and system transformation of side-span steel truss beams.
