Xiangshan Bridge Jacking Construction Equipment Officially Entering the Site!

The Xiangshan Bridge is an important component of the outer ring expressway in the eastern part of Zhongshan, Guangdong. It is also the double-layer bidirectional steel truss cable-stayed bridge with the largest span and widest bridge deck in China. The main bridge has a total length of 1776 meters. The upper level is a two-way eight lane highway, while the lower level is a two-way eight lane municipal road with pedestrian walkways. Among them, the steel structure manufacturing of Xiangshan Bridge Section I requires approximately 43000 tons of steel. The bridge has a total of 142 sections, with a beam width of 42 meters, a beam height of 15.6 meters, and a single section beam length of 25.6 meters, weighing up to 1300 tons. 86 segments require pushing operations.

The project is undertaken by Poly Long Growth Engineering Co., Ltd., and HL-Kattor Industry Co., Ltd is responsible for the launching project of the steel truss beam on the public side of the Xiangshan Bridge. Mainly including the principle of equipment pushing, clarifying the main construction processes, description of pushing equipment, installation layout of pushing equipment, and synchronous control principle of pushing equipment.

HL-Kattor Industry Co., Ltd employed 1500t synchronous jacking system, 500t synchronous jacking system, PLC intelligent pump station, winch and other equipment for the Xiangshan Bridge project.The intelligent synchronous jacking system is used for the construction of the steel truss beam on the side of the Xiangshan Bridge. The intelligent synchronous jacking system is a set of push equipment that integrates lifting, translation, and lateral adjustment. It is composed of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and control systems, and can achieve the movement or adjustment of the structure in the bridge direction, vertical, and horizontal directions. Jacking construction can break through the limitations of the terrain and existing structures on site, and complete bridge construction.

After the completion of the project, it will directly connect with the under construction Shenzhen China Expressway, and connect with the Zhongkai Expressway, Guang'ao Expressway, Nanzhong Expressway, Zhongjiang Expressway, and Guangzhongjiang Expressway, forming a "one ring, three horizontal, and three vertical" highway network, which plays an important role in improving the interconnection and interconnection of transportation infrastructure in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
