Shanghai Suzhou Highway

With the completion of the lifting and welding of the last section of the steel box girder, the first parallel cable-stayed bridge of the Shanghai Suzhou Lake Railway constructed by China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Bureau in China, the cross inclined pond cable-stayed bridge, marks the completion of the main structure of the special span bridge with the largest span and the most difficult construction on the Shanghai Suzhou Lake high-speed railway. The middle section of the river in this project is erected using a 520 ton derrick crane developed by the joint construction company HL-Kattor. The steel box girder erected this time has a height of 3.8 meters, a length of 8 meters, a width of about 30 meters, and a weight of 371 tons. The lifting point is located directly above the waterway, which poses problems such as narrow waterway and inability to seal off navigation. The safety risk is high, and the construction difficulty is extremely high.

During the construction process, the HL-Kattor Industry Co., Ltd project Department successively overcame the adverse factors of steel beam hoisting, such as large bridge cantilevers, sensitivity of beam width to natural temperature and wind and rain, and continuously monitored and adjusted the displacement and lifting tension of the steel beam in real-time. Through precise control and precise operation, the accuracy of temporary connecting components was controlled within millimeters, ensuring the bridge's linear shape after steel beam hoisting.

The equipment mainly consists of metal structures, lifting systems, variable amplitude lateral movement mechanisms, lifting tools, anchor support systems, longitudinal movement mechanisms, bridge deck lifting systems, ladder platforms, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, etc. 

1. The continuous lifting and variable amplitude lateral movement mechanism is the driving mechanism for lifting and installing sections of the bridge deck crane; 

2. Metal structure is the main load-bearing structure of equipment. The weight of the segment is transmitted to the variable amplitude lateral movement mechanism through lifting tools and lifting steel strands, acting on the metal structure, and the entire structure is a stable diamond shaped structure;

3. The longitudinal movement mechanism is the executing mechanism for the crane to move without load, and it is used for the whole machine to move forward and backward;

4. The anchor support system is the connecting mechanism between the equipment and the bridge deck, which transfers the load generated by the lifting and self weight to the steel beam.

5. The hydraulic system drives the continuous lifting and lowering of the top, as well as the center of gravity deviation and longitudinal slope adjustment during segmental lifting. Control the entire machine's walking, luffing, lateral movement, and lifting of the middle bridge panel;

TECHNICAL FEATURES

1. One machine is versatile. After the docking and suspension of segmental steel beams are completed, the longitudinal displacement of the concrete bridge deck is carried out. High work efficiency.

2. The lifting points of the lifting appliance can be adjusted in a large range to meet the requirements of slope matching. Using hydraulic pressure to adjust the spatial posture of the segments, facilitating precise docking of the segments. The standard beam segment hanger can be quickly combined into a closure segment hanger.

3. Hydraulic continuous lifting can achieve graded and precise loading, ensuring smooth lifting and minimal impact.

4. The entire machine and lifting points are pushed by oil cylinders, with a walking motion and good synchronization between left and right movements. 

5. The four corners of the bottom frame of the bridge deck crane are equipped with lifting cylinders, which are used to adjust the height of each corner for quick leveling of the bottom frame. The adjustment operation is convenient and flexible, not affected by the terrain, and can meet the needs of the bridge deck crane for erecting beams on horizontal and vertical slopes.

6. Equipped with intelligent control systems and various safety protection devices, it achieves fault monitoring and provides functions such as remote troubleshooting and parameter debugging on the cloud.
